Pangrle has handled US and International patent matters for Fortune 500 corporations and national laboratories (NREL, Sandia, Los Alamos).

Pangrle has handled trademark prosecution, copyright registrations and litigation before trial and appellate courts.  He was also involved in the start-ups Bluefile IP Services Pvt Ltd. (US and India) and IP Street, Inc.

Pangrle was a lecturer at the National Law University of India and an Adjunct Professor at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur.  He has been an Adjunct Professor of International Business Transactions Law at Whitworth University's MBA program.  Pangrle travels frequently to Brazil where he has been involved in cultural exchange programs and music licensing.

Pangrle was a Product Development Manager at Procter & Gamble's European Technical Center.  He has also handled a full range of intellectual property matters for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) clients.

Silvia Lazo

Lazo holds BA degrees in Theater and Music from Whitworth University, a MM degree from the University of Montana where she is also currently ABD for a PhD in the field of Iberian-American Musicology. Silvia was raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, has Cuban, US and Native American heritage and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.


Silvia has extensive experience as a paralegal and arts administrator, serving as a Commissioner of the Washington State Arts Commission (nominated by Governor Gary Locke, former Secretary, US Department of Commerce and currently US Ambassador to China).  She also served as the Executive Assistant of the Spokane Opera.
